A, steel structure installation procedures
Installation of steel columns → installation of support between columns → temporary installation of steel crane beams → correction and fixing of roof beams and roof supports → installation of maintenance structures. The installation process is as follows:
Two, steel column installation
(1) Due to the large weight and length of the steel column, it is impossible to make and transport the steel column at one time, so the method of making the steel column in sections, assembling it on site as a whole and then lifting it is planned to be divided into two sections. The steel column is transported to the site in two sections: the lower lattice part and the upper H-shaped steel column. The weight of the steel column is about 6 tons, and the height of the column is about 17 meters. The lifting demand can be met by using a 50-ton truck crane, which is supplemented by a 25-ton truck crane.
(2) Single-machine rotary lifting is adopted for lifting. Before lifting, place wooden squares on the steel column footboards to avoid damage to the steel column footboards during lifting. When lifting the steel column, the crane should hook and turn the arm at the same time to make the steel column vertical off the ground and put the column into the mouth of the cup.
