2.Equipment system
we have 2 kinds of chciekn cage : H-type chciekn cage and A-type chicken cage, generally the cage type is 3 tiers or 4 tiers.We can also design chicken cage fpr you if you need 5 tiers or 6 tiers even more tiers.

(2)A-type chicken cage
The advantages of chicekn cages:
1 . A variety of cages to meet the needs of different spans of housing construction
2 . The frame structure satisfies the overall stability of the equipment , the mesh wear-stress is changed into a sheet metal wear-stress , which can prevent deformation of the mesh
3 . The main frame of the equipment is formed by one-time forming of275g hot-dip galvanized sheet , which guarantees the anti-rust ability of the equipment under the premise of meeting the strength of the equipment
4 . The cage door is a fully open structure . When the chicken is caught , the chicken wing breaking rate is reduced , which is convenient for operation
5 . Double-layer scraping structure ensures sufficient separation of manure and feces
6 . After the welding of the mesh is completed , it will be hot-dip galvanized , so it is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging , which has a service life of 10-15 years
3. Automatic dirinking system
This system will give chicken fresh water to drink, prevent water pollution, medicine can be added to the water to reduce the morbidity of the chickens

4.Automatic Feeding system
Automatic feeing system include silo, driving system, feed crane,feeding line.Accoding to the improve of the technology, the system increase the more sensitive feed sensors prevent feed waste and improve feeding efficiency.

5.Environment control system
(1) ventilation system:This system include fan, ventalation window, wet curtain, wind deflector. this system can give chicken coop more fresh air and matain the coop have a suitable humidity, give chicken a good grow environment.
The fan installation site is about 1.5m-2m per. We have 50 inches and 40 inches fans, if you need, we can purchase other kind of fans for you.
(2) electric control system: this system control the instrument which can control the temperature, humidity, o
xygen, ammonia concentration etc,and can tell you wihich data is the most suitable for the chicken coop.
(3) heating system: this system is usually in temperate or cold regions, when the chicken coop temperature is cold , you can ues it. This system divided into air energy and ecectric energy or nutural gas heating.
6.Manure cleaning system
1.manure cleaning belt: using superior PP material, it's easy to convey manure and easy to clean.
2.Waste disposal tank fecal fermenter: reduce the pollution of manure to the environment, and the latest technology of manure fermenter can produce organic fertilizer and improve the utilization efficiency of manure.
